Refund policy

Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Products purchased on sale or with special discounts may not be eligible for refunds (unless defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos and your order details.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or washed items

  • Items returned without original tags

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified about the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged or incorrect product).
