Returns & Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Products purchased on sale or with special discounts may not be eligible for refunds (unless defective).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos and your order details.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Non-Refundable Items

Items returned without original tags

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified about the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged or incorrect product).
